Never use an extension lead to connect the spa heater to the power outlet. The spa heater must be connected directly to an earthed power outlet and able to support the power consumption of 2050W when the heating function is activated.
To set up the power saving timer, follow these steps or see how to video:
1. Press the power saving button and the display will start flashing, and the LED heating time will start flashing.
2. Use the temperature adjustment buttons to set the heating time range from 1 hour to 99 hours.
3. When the desired time is set, push the power saving button again. The display will start flashing and the LED waiting time will start flashing.
4. Use the temperature adjustment buttons to set the waiting time range from 1 hour to 99 hours.
5. When the desired time is set, push the power saving button again. The LED waiting time will light up steadily and the function will start when the function is activated. After setting, the screen will flash the current temperature and time alternately.
IMPORTANT: this operation is not an automatic cycle. After the heating time finishes, the function will end. If the customer wants the same for the day after, they have to repeat the above steps for the new cycle.
IMPORTANT: the power saving function will reset in the follow conditions:
– The customer pushes the power saving button for more than 3 seconds
– The pump is unplugged
– The heating button is pushed
– If any error codes appear
During the power saving function, the customer can use all other functions, such as massage and filtration. These functions will shut down as soon as the power saving function starts the heating function.
The device can only be connected to one mobile phone at a time.
This appliance can be used by children ages 8 and older or people with a lack of sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the appliance.
IMPORTANT: Water attracts children; always attach a spa cover after each use.
The power saving function was created to optimize the usage of the Bestway spa. You can decide to start the heating system later in the day in order to have the desired temperature and enjoy the spa massage when you need it, instead of keeping the heating function on all the time and wasting energy.
Example: if you need your spa at 40°C (104ºF) tomorrow evening, you would just follow these steps:
1. Open the filtration system and after one minute you should see the real water temperature (e.g. 18℃).
2. If the set temperature is 40℃ (104ºF), the difference between actual temperature and set temperature is 22℃ (71ºF). Since the temperature increase per hour is 2℃ (35ºF), you need to start heating the water 11 hours before using it.
– If it is 6pm and you want to use the spa next day at 6pm, this means the spa heater has to start heating at 7am, so set the waiting time to 13 hours and heating time to 11 hours.
– In this case, the power saving function saves more than 13 hours of power (more than 26KW) because without this function you would have been forced to start the spa in the evening and waste a lot of energy and money.
We don’t suggest setting up the spa on a heated floor. This will create a problem and reduce the lifespan of the PVC, since the PVC expands when it comes in contact with hot surfaces. This will also reduce the performance and lifespan of the internal components of the spa heater.
For safety reasons, Bestway’s spa heater should always be plugged into an earthed power outlet. The power outlet must be high quality and able to support 2050W of power. When the spa heater is heating the water, if the power cord and the socket become hot, your power outlet may not meet the quality requested and may melt. To be sure that your power outlet is compliant with requested power, please consult your electrician.
You should never attempt to run the pump from an extension lead or spur.
Bestway’s spa cannot be operated when the outside temperature drops below 4°C (39ºF).
After activating the hydromassage, the function will automaticly shut down anfter 60 minutes. To reactivate the function, push the lock/unlock button to activate the control panel and push the hydromassage button.
Please follow below steps or see how to video.
1. Switch off all functions
2. Remove the upper debris screen
3. Install the LED light
Please follow below steps.

2. Press the “RESET” button, and the indicator light will turn on.
3. Press the “TEST” button, and the indicator light will turn off.
4. Press the “RESET” button, and the indicator light will turn on.
5. Press the “On/Off” button for 2 seconds, and your pump is ready to use.
The backrests are fixed with the buckles, and they can be removed. The lounges are welded on the bottom of the spa and cannot be removed.
Before activating the heating function, you have to set the temperature. When the heating system is activated, the heating button and the filtration button will turn red. The filtration system starts, and the heating system starts heating the water. When it reaches the set temperature, the heating system stops heating, and the indicator light turns from red to green. When the water temperature is approximately 2 degrees lower than the set temperature, the heating system will start heating again, and the indicator light will become red again. If the filtration function is turned off, the heating system will stop. If the heating function is turned off, the filtration fuction will continue to work.
Check your mobile phone to see if there is full Wi-Fi signal. If the strength of the signal on your phone is too low, find where the strength of the Wi-Fi signal is stronger and position the pump there.
If you haven’t received your Saluspa activation email, first check your spam or junk folder as it’s commonly filtered there. If you still don’t see it, please wait up to 30 minutes, since occasional delays can occur during system busy periods. Should the email still be missing after that time, try resending the activation from the app or registration page. If it never arrives, contact Saluspa customer support directly through their help or warranty portal to request assistance or manual activation.
If the SaluSpa indicator light flashes quickly, it’s related to the Wi‑Fi LED status on models equipped with Wi‑Fi. According to the official troubleshooting, a rapidly flashing indicator means the pump is ready to connect to your phone and is waiting to pair
Open the SaluSpa app on your mobile device.
Ensure your phone is on the 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi band (5 GHz is not supported).
Bring your phone close to the pump to improve signal strength.
Follow the in‑app prompts to complete the Wi‑Fi pairing process.
If connection fails, power cycle the pump: unplug, tap the side gently, then plug back in and retry pairing
If the SaluSpa indicator light is solidly lit (not flashing), it means the Power‑Saving Timer is active and the countdown to when the heater will run is underway – heating has not yet started.
In other words, you’ve set the heater to start after a delay, and the spa is now waiting until that scheduled time.
Once the countdown ends, the light will turn off and the heater will kick in automatically.
If the light stays on but heating doesn’t begin when expected, check your Power‑Saving Timer settings and reset them if needed.
To cancel the scheduled timer, press and hold the Power‑Saving Timer button for 2 seconds—this will deactivate the timer and allow normal heating to resume
If your SaluSpa Wi-Fi setup isn’t working, it might be because of a few common reasons like:
Your router is broadcasting on 5 GHz or dual‑band—only 2.4 GHz is supported—so switch it off or isolate to 2.4 GHz before pairing.
Spy pump is too far from the Router — Signal is weak/ unstable. To know if it’s the pump, reposition the pump a little further closer to your phone in relation to the router to check for Wi‑Fi strength.
The network name or password might be incorrect. Try starting the pairing process again. Make sure you enter the SSID and password
An interference of signals could be caused in case other mesh nodes or electronic devices are nearby or mesh boosters turn off mesh nodes or appliances next to the spa or router during the installation of these devices.
Some folks managed to get things working by turning off and on the router and spa pump. After that, they tried again with

If the Soothing Air Valve feels loose or is registering leaks, it came with the plastic wrench included: just screw it onto the large Soothing Air Valve and tighten by turning to the right. It must be snug enough to fully seal without over‑tightening.
To replace the air valve if the spring or check mechanism is damaged or broken, you’ll have to take out the old valve core—usually by unscrewing or gently pulling out the inner seal—and then put in an OEM SaluSpa replacement valve (part number like P05767) to bring back proper one-way function.
Community-tested tips:
I basically used a long pick tool. I hooked the rubber valve and tore it into pieces until it came out. I replaced the valve with one of the butterfly valve kits.
Make sure the valve housing and liner area are dry and clean. Hand tighten firmly by use of the plastic wrench so that it becomes airtight but do not stress the threads.
If you are not comfortable doing this yourself or do not have the right replacement part, calling SaluSpa support for the right valve core and instructions is the safest bet.
Replacing your SaluSpa inflatable liner without a drain pipe with one that includes a drain pipe isn’t a simple swap because the liner design and pump connections differ. Here’s what you should know:
Liners are model-specific, and those with drain pipes have built-in fittings that match the tub’s plumbing system.
To upgrade, you’ll likely need to purchase a full replacement liner designed for your exact SaluSpa model that includes the drain pipe feature.
Before buying, confirm your tub’s model number and check with SaluSpa customer service to ensure compatibility and get proper installation instructions.
Improvising by cutting or modifying the liner to add a drain pipe is not recommended, as it risks leaks and may void your warranty.
Professional assistance or official replacement parts are the safest way to ensure your hot tub functions correctly and remains sealed.
In case the SaluSpa pump connectors do not line up with the connectors on the spa, make sure first that you have the correct model of the pump for your specific SaluSpa tub because models are varied. At times, connectors can be actually aligned but dirt or debris could have shifted their position; so clean both connection points properly before trying again. While putting them together, turn them slightly to align them and not to directly jam into place, then fit anti-leak locking tabs or clips over it so it stays in a tight position. If it is still unworkable check connectors for damage or distortion; if that is damaged it should be replaced or else go wrong in other matters, get in touch with SaluSpa customer service for help or order a new pump or connector set.

🛠️ Tip: For serious damage, use the heavy duty patch after draining the spa. For minor leaks or emergencies, the underwater patch is a handy solution.
The internal seams of the PVC liner on your SaluSpa may appear split or separated due to:
Normal manufacturing process
Some liners use heat-welded seams which can sometimes look like slight splits or separations but are actually part of the design for flexibility and durability.
Wear and tear
Over time, exposure to water chemicals, sunlight, or physical stress can weaken the seams, causing them to split or separate.
Improper inflation or handling
Over-inflating or rough handling can put extra pressure on seams, leading to splits.
Material defects or damage
Occasionally, defects or accidental punctures can cause seam failures.
🔧 Tip: If you notice seam splits causing leaks, it’s best to apply a suitable repair patch or contact customer support for professional advice.
Pink stains in your spa are usually caused by bacteria called Serratia marcescens, which thrive in warm, moist environments like inflatable spas. These bacteria create a pink or reddish slime that can appear on the spa surface, waterline, or accessories.
Poor water sanitation — Not maintaining proper sanitizer levels (chlorine, bromine) allows bacteria to grow.
Infrequent cleaning — Residue and dirt build up create ideal conditions for bacteria.
Contaminated water or objects — Introducing dirty water, swimsuits, or toys can introduce bacteria.
High humidity and warmth — Perfect for bacterial growth.
Drain and clean your spa thoroughly using a mild bleach solution or spa cleaner.
Scrub affected areas with a soft brush or sponge.
Refill with fresh water and balance sanitizer levels properly.
Regularly clean and replace filters to maintain water quality.
Keep the spa covered when not in use to reduce contamination.
🧼 Tip: Maintaining proper chemical balance and regular cleaning is key to preventing pink stains and keeping your spa safe and pleasant to use.

Water leaking from the massage switch when the jet is turned on can indicate a few possible issues. Here’s what you should check and do:
Cause: The gasket or O-ring around the massage switch may be worn out, loose, or cracked.
Fix: Turn off and unplug the spa. Open the panel near the massage switch and inspect the gasket or seal. Replace it if it looks worn or damaged.
Cause: The switch housing or surrounding plastic might have developed a hairline crack.
Fix: Inspect the housing closely. If cracked, the part will likely need replacement to prevent continuous leaks.
Cause: If the switch was installed or replaced recently, it might not be tightened or sealed properly.
Fix: Re-seat the switch and tighten all connections. Make sure everything is aligned properly.
Cause: High jet pressure can sometimes force water past worn seals.
Fix: Check if the water pressure is unusually high. Clean the filters and reduce the power if needed.
Cause: Debris inside the switch or jet line may cause improper sealing.
Fix: Clean the switch and surrounding area thoroughly.
If the leak persists after these steps, it may be best to contact customer support or a spa technician to prevent damage to the electronics or structure of the spa.
If your spa jet functions aren’t working, several possible issues could be at play. Here’s a checklist to diagnose and fix the problem:
Some spas have individual jet controls or a massage switch that must be turned or pressed to activate.
Make sure they’re open or in the “on” position.
The jets won’t operate unless the spa pump is active.
If the pump isn’t running, check:
Power connection
Control panel settings
Timer/scheduling
After filling your spa, trapped air in the pump or pipes can block jet flow.
Fix: Loosen the pump’s bleed valve slightly to release air (if accessible), or turn the jets on/off a few times to purge it.
Dirty filters restrict water flow, which can prevent jets from working properly.
Fix: Clean or replace your filter cartridge.
Debris inside the water lines or jets can cause blockages.
Fix: Remove and clean jet nozzles (if removable), and check for obstructions.
Jets might be turned off via the digital panel or remote.
Fix: Check if the panel shows any errors or if a specific function needs to be selected.
If you’ve checked everything and the jets still won’t activate, the pump may be faulty.
Fix: Contact a technician or the spa’s customer support.
If your spa remote control has stopped working, here are the most common causes and how to troubleshoot them:
Problem: The most common reason.
Solution:
Replace the batteries with new ones (check for correct type, usually AAA or CR2032).
Ensure they’re inserted with correct polarity (+/-).
Problem: If the remote got wet, internal circuits may be damaged.
Solution:
Remove batteries immediately.
Let it dry thoroughly (preferably for 24–48 hours).
If still not working, consider a replacement.
Problem: Distance or obstacles between the remote and spa receiver can block the signal.
Solution:
Move closer to the control unit.
Make sure there’s no obstruction.
Problem: Some remotes need to be synced with the control panel.
Solution:
Try re-pairing the remote (check user manual for pairing steps).
Problem: The remote or its receiver inside the spa may be faulty.

Water droplets or condensation inside the inflatable cover of your SaluSpa are completely normal and usually caused by:
Temperature Difference: Warm spa water creates steam, which cools and condenses when it touches the inside of the cooler cover.
High Humidity: When the spa is covered, trapped humidity has nowhere to escape, resulting in water buildup.
Frequent Use: Regular heating and use increase evaporation and condensation.
To prevent mold, mildew, and damage, follow these steps:
Open the cover and let it air dry completely.
If needed, use a clean towel or dry cloth to wipe off any droplets inside.
Clean the inner surface with mild soap and water or a 50/50 vinegar-water solution to prevent mildew.
Rinse off soap residue and wipe dry again.
Inflate the cover slightly (not fully) and leave it in a shaded, well-ventilated area to help moisture evaporate from the inner walls.
Lightly sprinkle baby powder inside once it’s fully dry — this helps absorb any residual moisture and prevents sticking.
Once completely dry, deflate, fold, and store in a dry, cool place — ideally in the original box or a protective bag.
Never store it wet or damp — doing so can cause mold or odor.
Don’t leave it under direct sunlight for too long — UV can damage the material.
If your Bestway spa heater turns off after 30 minutes, it’s usually due to safety features, incorrect settings, or a fault. Here’s a breakdown of the possible reasons and solutions:
Why: A 30-minute shutdown might be caused by the auto shut-off timer being enabled.
Fix: Check the timer settings on your control panel or app. Disable any active timers.
Why: If the spa water or heater gets too hot, the unit will automatically shut off to prevent damage.
Fix:
Make sure water can circulate freely (clean filters, remove airlocks).
Avoid running the spa under direct sunlight during hot weather.
Why: If water is not circulating properly, the heater will shut off as a safety measure.
Fix:
Ensure the filter is clean and not clogged.
Check that the pump is running smoothly with no obstructions.
Why: A weak or unstable power supply can interrupt operation.
Fix:
Make sure the spa is plugged into a dedicated outlet (no extension cords).
Check for loose power connections.
Why: Sometimes, a firmware bug or glitch can cause early shutdowns.
Fix:
Unplug the spa for 5 minutes, then restart.
Perform a factory reset if available.
Why: If the system detects an error (like E02, E03, etc.), it will shut off.
Fix: Check the LED display for error codes and follow the troubleshooting steps.
Run the spa without a timer for testing.
Observe the spa while running: are there bubbles, is the pump working, is water flowing?
If it still shuts off, contact Bestway support — your unit might need servicing or replacement parts.
To dry water droplets or condensation inside the spa liner (especially before storage), follow these simple steps to avoid mold or mildew buildup:
Use microfiber towels, sponges, or dry bath towels to gently wipe away moisture.
Focus on seams and folds where water can hide.
Inflate the spa fully and leave it open in a shaded, dry area.
Let natural airflow and sunlight (but not direct, intense sun) dry any remaining droplets.
Flip it gently after a while to dry the underside too.
Place a fan blowing inside the spa for better air circulation.
You can also use a hair dryer on a low heat setting to carefully dry corners or inner surfaces.
If the weather is dry, you can place the spa in filtered sunlight for 15–30 minutes.
Avoid direct, harsh sun exposure for too long, as it can damage PVC.
Wipe with a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar or a spa-safe disinfectant.
This helps kill bacteria and reduce future mildew.
Make sure the liner is 100% dry before folding or storing.
Store it in a cool, dry, and ventilated space with silica gel packets or moisture absorbers to prevent dampness.
Water flowing out from the pipe connected to the massage chain when detaching the pump from the liner is normal behavior — here’s why it happens and what you can do about it:
When the pump is detached, the pipes and massage system hoses are still filled with water. Since these pipes are not sealed once disconnected, gravity and residual pressure cause water to:
Flow backward from the massage jets or pipes
Drain out through the open connection where the pump was attached
Always drain the spa water using the drain valve or a garden hose before disconnecting the pump.
This reduces pressure and minimizes unexpected leaks or mess.
Before disconnecting, you can slightly tilt the spa away from the pump side to direct leftover water away from the pipe.
Place a towel, basin, or tray under the connection point to catch any residual water during detachment.
Unscrew the pipe or pump fitting gradually so you can control the water release.
This does not indicate a fault in the spa or pump — it’s just a result of water remaining in the pipes.
Color fading in your spa can happen for several reasons. Here are the most common causes:
Sunlight / UV Exposure
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight breaks down the PVC material’s pigments, causing colors to fade over time.
Chemical Imbalance
Harsh or unbalanced water chemicals, like too much chlorine or bromine, can damage the spa liner and cause discoloration.
Aging Material
Over time, the spa’s PVC or vinyl material naturally degrades, leading to dullness and fading.
Improper Cleaning Products
Using abrasive or harsh cleaners can strip the color from the liner’s surface.
Water Quality Issues
Hard water or water with high mineral content can leave deposits or cause discoloration.
Keep the spa covered when not in use to reduce UV damage.
Use spa-safe, gentle cleaning products recommended by Bestway.
Maintain balanced water chemistry using test kits and proper chemical levels.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners on the liner.
Store the spa in a cool, shaded place when not in use for long periods.
If you notice water leakage in your Bestway spa, here’s what you should do step-by-step to identify and fix the issue:
Inspect the liner: Look for visible tears, punctures, or seam splits.
Check connections: Examine hose fittings, pump seals, and valve areas.
Look at the drain valve: Sometimes it may be loose or not fully closed.
Inspect the massage jets and pipes: They can develop cracks or loose fittings.
Use a repair patch: For small punctures or tears, apply a Bestway repair patch or waterproof PVC patch kit.
Tighten fittings: Use a wrench or hand-tighten any loose hose or valve connections.
Seal leaks: Apply waterproof silicone sealant around leaking fittings if needed (ensure it’s safe for spa use).
Replace damaged parts: Severely damaged liners, hoses, or valves may need replacement.
Contact Bestway support: For warranty or parts assistance, especially if the spa is new.
Avoid overinflating: Excess pressure can stress seams and cause leaks.
Drain the spa before repair: Lower water level or drain to prevent water loss during fixes.
Regular maintenance: Check fittings and seals periodically to catch leaks early.
If your spa has an air leakage hole, here’s how to handle it properly to prevent air loss and keep your spa functioning well:
Inflate the spa fully.
Listen carefully for hissing sounds or feel for air escaping.
Use soapy water (mix soap and water) and apply it to suspected areas — bubbles will form where air leaks.
Before repair, fully deflate the spa to avoid stretching or damaging the material during patching.
Wipe the area around the hole with a clean cloth.
Make sure the surface is dry and free of dirt or oils for better adhesion.
Use the Bestway repair patch kit or a PVC repair patch designed for inflatables.
Cut the patch to size, covering the hole plus an extra 1 inch (2.5 cm) around.
Apply adhesive (if needed) according to the kit’s instructions.
Press the patch firmly onto the hole.
Allow the patch to dry fully as per instructions (usually 24 hours).
Reinflate the spa.
Check for any air loss by listening or applying soapy water again.
Always use repair kits recommended for PVC or inflatable spas.
Don’t try to patch a wet or dirty surface — it won’t stick well.
If the hole is large or the liner severely damaged, consider professional repair or replacement.
The spa indicator light on your Bestway spa control panel usually signals the current status or operation mode of the spa. Here’s what it typically means:
Solid Light On:
The spa is powered on and running normally.
Flashing Light:
The spa is in a heating cycle — the heater is actively warming the water.
Light Off:
The spa is either powered off or in standby mode.
Different Colors (if applicable):
Some models use different colors (green, red, blue) to show modes like heating, filtration, or error status.
Check your user manual for model-specific light codes and explanations.
If the indicator light flashes unusually or is accompanied by error codes, refer to the troubleshooting guide.
If unsure, contact Bestway support with your spa model and the light status.
To attach or take off the SaluSpa heater, just follow these easy steps:
Turn off and unplug the spa completely to avoid electrical risk.
Ensure all water is drained from the spa before detaching the heater.
Turn the connectors on the heater in the opposite direction of a clock to open then gently pull them out from the spa ports do not use excessive force.
To attach, place the heater connectors against the spa’s inlet and outlet ports then turn them clockwise until they snap firmly into position.
Make sure you check all the seals and gaskets. Make sure they’re both clean and seated just right. This can help stop
Make sure everything’s well-connected and completely dry before you plug the spa back in and turn it on.
Deflating your SaluSpa liner with the new deflation valve can be simple if you follow these steps:
Turn off and unplug the spa to ensure safety.
Find the deflation valve cap (normally at the liner’s air valve) by unscrewing the outer cap to uncover the inner valve.
Use the deflation adapter included in your SaluSpa set—attach it to the air outlet on the pump.
Connect the adapter to the liner’s valve and switch on the pump; air will be drawn out automatically.
Once fully deflated, remove the adapter and replace the valve cap securely to keep dust out.
This method ensures a fast, safe deflation without damaging the liner or pump.
🔧 If your spa has a drain valve:
Ensure the spa is unplugged.
Locate the drain valve at the bottom of the liner.
Remove the cap and attach a garden hose (if needed) to direct water away.
Open the valve and let gravity drain the water completely.
🚫 If your spa does not have a drain valve:
Use a submersible pump or manual siphon hose to remove the water.
For the last bit of water, tilt the spa gently to one side and soak up remaining water with towels or a wet/dry vacuum.
Always ensure the liner is fully dry before storage to avoid mold or mildew.
Yes, if you live in a region where temperatures drop below 4°C (40°F), you should disassemble and store your SaluSpa for the winter to prevent damage. Freezing water can crack the liner or internal pump parts. Here’s what to do:
Turn off, unplug, and fully drain the spa.
Dry all components thoroughly, including the liner and pump.
Deflate the liner and fold it loosely to avoid creases.
Store everything in a dry, indoor location—preferably at room temperature.
Keep the pump in an upright position to protect internal components.
Proper winter storage extends your SaluSpa’s life and avoids costly repairs.
To drain your SaluSpa using the built-in drain pipe, follow these steps for a safe and clean process:
Turn off and unplug the spa completely.
Locate the drain pipe at the bottom of the liner—usually covered with a cap.
Remove the cap and attach a garden hose to the pipe if you want to direct water away from your setup area.
Open the internal drain stopper from inside the spa to start water flow.
Allow the spa to drain completely by gravity—this may take some time depending on the water level and hose length.
Once fully drained, replace the drain cap and dry the spa before storage or cleaning.
Avoid lifting or tilting the spa during drainage to prevent stress on the liner.
To remove mold from the PVC liner and inflatable lid of your SaluSpa, follow these safe and effective steps:
Wear gloves and a mask to protect yourself from mold spores.
Mix a gentle solution: 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts warm water (avoid harsh chemicals like bleach that can damage PVC).
Use a soft cloth or sponge to scrub the affected areas, paying close attention to seams and creases.
For stubborn spots, let the vinegar solution sit for 10–15 minutes before scrubbing again.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and let all parts air-dry completely in sunlight, which helps kill remaining spores.
Once dry, apply a mild spa-safe cleaner or protectant before storage to help prevent future mold growth.
Always store your SaluSpa in a dry, ventilated place during winter to avoid recurrence.

5GHz Wi-Fi: Not supported due to range and compatibility issues.
Public Wi-Fi (with captive portals): Not compatible because these networks require browser login, which the device can’t perform.
Mobile hotspots: Generally supported if they provide a 2.4GHz connection without login restrictions.
🔧 Tip: Ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4GHz signal and that your phone is connected to that same network during setup for best results.
The Bestway app supports:
Android: Version 7.0 (Nougat) and above Best Way USA
iOS: Version 10.0 and above Best Way USA
Android: Devices running Android 7.0 or newer
iOS: Devices running iOS 10.0 or newer
📱 Tip: For optimal performance, ensure your device’s operating system is up to date.
Wi-Fi setup for your SaluSpa device may fail due to several common reasons:
Incorrect Wi-Fi network frequency
The SaluSpa only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. If you try connecting to a 5GHz network, setup will fail.
Weak Wi-Fi signal
If your pump is too far from the router or there are obstacles (walls, metal objects), the signal may be too weak for successful pairing.
Incorrect Wi-Fi password
Double-check that you entered the correct Wi-Fi password in the app during setup.
Network restrictions
Some routers have firewalls or settings that block new devices or certain ports needed for the spa connection.
Public or captive portal Wi-Fi
Networks requiring browser login or additional authentication are not compatible with SaluSpa devices.
App or device firmware outdated
Using an outdated app version or pump firmware can cause setup issues. Check for updates.
🔧 Tips to fix Wi-Fi setup failure:
Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi network with strong signal
Restart your router and pump before trying again
Make sure the pump is in pairing mode (Wi-Fi light blinking)
Update the app and firmware if possible
If you still have trouble, contacting Bestway customer support is recommended.

The “ER” or “Fault” error on your SaluSpa app usually indicates a problem with the spa’s pump or control system. Here’s how to troubleshoot and fix it:
Restart the pump
Unplug the SaluSpa pump from the power source, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Check the water level
Make sure the spa water is between the minimum and maximum fill lines. Low water can cause pump errors.
Inspect the filters
Remove and clean the filter cartridges. Dirty or clogged filters may cause the pump to overheat or malfunction.
Check for blockages
Look for debris or objects blocking the water inlet or outlet ports.
Reset the device
Press and hold the reset button (or Wi-Fi button) on the pump for about 10 seconds to reset the system.
Update the app and firmware
Ensure you have the latest version of the Bestway app and check if there’s a firmware update available for your pump.
Contact customer support
If the error persists after these steps, contact Bestway customer support for further assistance or to arrange a repair.
⚠️ Safety Tip: Never operate your spa if you suspect a serious electrical or mechanical fault.
Follow these steps to connect your SaluSpa pump to your phone:
Download the Bestway app
Search for “Bestway Smart Hub” or “Bestway Smart Spa” in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), depending on your pump model.
Create an account or log in
Open the app and sign up with your email or log in if you already have an account.
Turn on the pump
Plug in and power on your SaluSpa pump.
Put the pump into pairing mode
Press and hold the Wi-Fi or reset button on the pump for about 5 to 10 seconds until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.
Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
Make sure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network you want to connect the pump to (5GHz networks are not supported).
Add your device in the app
In the app, tap “Add Device” and follow the instructions to connect your pump.
Complete the setup
Once connected, you can name your spa and start controlling it via the app.
📱 Tip: Stay close to the pump during setup for the best Wi-Fi signal, and ensure your phone’s Bluetooth and location services are turned on.
To use the two-level massage function on your SaluSpa Wi-Fi pump, follow these steps:
